Eligibility for Returns
1)Damaged Items: Products that arrive damaged or spoiled.
2)Wrong Items: Items that do not match your order.
3)Expired Products: Items delivered past their expiry date.
4)Quality Issues: Products that do not meet our freshness guarantee.
Note: Perishable items like fresh fruits, vegetables, and dairy products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.
Conditions for Return
1)The product is unused and in its original condition.
2)The product packaging (if applicable) is intact.
3)You report the issue within the specified timeframe:

5)Non-perishables: Within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Process
Timeline: Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days of approval.
For COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to share your bank account details securely.
Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased under clearance or promotional sales.
Opened or tampered products (except in cases of quality issues). Gift cards or vouchers.
