What are your gym hours?
We are open every day for your convenience:
- Monday - Friday: 5:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Saturday - Sunday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Holiday hours may vary, so be sure to check our website or social media for updates.
Do I need to book a class in advance?
Yes, booking your spot in advance for our popular group fitness classes is highly recommended. You can easily reserve your place through our online booking system or our mobile app. We also accept walk-ins, but availability may be limited.
Do you offer personal training?
Absolutely! We have a team of experienced and certified personal trainers who can help you reach your fitness goals, whether you’re looking to lose weight, build strength, or improve overall health. What should I bring to the gym?
For a great workout experience, we recommend bringing:
1. Comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. 2. A water bottle (we have water stations for refills). 3. A towel (if you plan to wipe down equipment or use a shower). 4. Lock for your locker (locks are available for purchase at the front desk)
What age do I need to be to join the gym?
To join on your own, you must be at least 16 years old. If you’re under 16, you can still join with a parent or guardian's consent, and must be accompanied by an adult during your workouts.
Do you have lockers and showers?
Yes, we have secure lockers for you to store your personal belongings while you work out. We also have shower facilities available for your convenience. Please bring your own lock, or purchase one at the front desk.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel your membership, we require 30 days' notice for month-to-month memberships. For contract memberships, cancellation terms may vary—please refer to your membership agreement or speak to our staff for more details.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, we offer the ability to freeze your membership for up to 3 months if you need a break. Simply speak with a staff member at the front desk or contact us in advance to request a freeze.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we offer free parking right in front of the gym for all members. There are plenty of spaces available, so you don't need to worry about finding parking.
Do you offer any discounts or special promotions?
We often run special promotions and discounts, such as seasonal offers, referral bonuses, or student and senior discounts. Be sure to follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about the latest deals and offers.

Starting is easy! We offer a free fitness consultation where one of our team members will help assess your fitness goals and recommend the best plan for you. You can book your consultation online or by visiting us at the front desk. We also offer a free trial pass for first-time visitors!
