Our Palmiers are puff pastry made with butter, rolled in caster sugar and caramelised. Also known as elephant ears or palm hearts, these are handmade using a vigorous lamination process, giving each Palmier over 480 layers of pure butter goodness! Great as a snack, serve them as an accompaniment to coffee or tea.
Consumption & Storage Guidelines –
• Consume within 4 days of date of manufacture.
• Keep cool and dry, in an air tight container.
